1. We will never ask you to make any decision “on the day”. We deliberately never bring any paperwork with us. Our visit is about assessing and surveying your home's suitability…its not about trying to sell you something.
2. We will give you our best price first. We are open and honest about our prices….and proud of them.
3. We will always provide you with a full report and analysis including drawings, product specifications and datasheets.
4. And when we have done that we will always give you the space and time to come to your own decision when you are ready.
5. We will not phone you offering extra discounts or money off in an effort to get you to sign up.
6. We will always tell you if we think your roof, for any reason, is not suitable for a solar PV system.
7. We will never recommend products we would not happily use in our own home.
8. We will try our best to explain things simply and clearly to you and not confuse you with numbers and returns.
9. We will only stay in your home as long as its necessary to carry out the survey and explain how the system works.
10. And if you ask us for our opinion of other quotes or companies we will answer you honestly and ethically.
