We already had solar panels on our roof but were planning a dormer conversion so needed the panels removing then... re-installing on the new flat roof. Even before providing a quote, Philip went through in detail the steps that would be required and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and level of service. The quote itself was very reasonable and when it came down to carrying out the actual work, this was done in a timely and minimum of fuss manner and I was more than happy with the final outcome. We had had an awful experience with a big company who had talked at us for 4 hours and used real hard sell techniques.... Luckily we had Medoria come out the same week. They were like a breath of fresh air. So down to earth and straight forward, knowledgable, listened, and quoted quickly for exactly what we asked for. We went with them, and the quality of service just continued throughout. One of the solar panels on our fourteen panel system had been damaged by the storms at the beginning of the year.I... contacted the company who originally fitted the system for us, out of the nine phone calls i made to them, the first three calls they didn't return, the fourth call they lied to me , the fifth call they said they would sort it out and to leave it with them, the sixth call they said they couldn't find a replacement 250 watt panel but were still looking for one, the seventh call I was told our system was obsolete after only six years and I would need a complete new system fitting, as they couldn't find a replacement panel that would fit, the eighth and ninth calls were never returned.This had all gone on for a number of months and so I decided to see if another company wanted the work.I contacted Philip at medoria solar on the Wednesday late afternoon, after explaining what I needed doing and giving him some details about my system , I felt I was finally speaking to someone who actually knew what he was talking about.The following day Phil text me to say he had sourced two different panels of different makes and to ask if I had a preference.That evening he got back to me to say that he and Craig the fitter could come on Saturday morning at 9am to do the job.9 am they both arrived, they took down the damaged panel and replaced it with one from the back of the house incase there was a colour variation between the old and new panels.The back of the house had the new replacement panel fitted and to be honest I couldn't tell the difference between the colours of the old and new panels as the new panel was such a good match.Professional friendly guys who managed to sort the job out from start to finish in four days.Very highly recommended 👌read more

I telephoned Philip this morning (25/5) to explain the problem on our system with the apparently faulty inverter and... by afternoon he was at the house, checking the system and replacing the inverter with a new one. During the whole of the operation he was friendly, polite and constructive and concluded the replacement successfully. A tradesman to be recommended !Further to the above, It's now a month since Philip installed a new inverter (now 25/6)and, obviously, he uses good quality products. In that time, the feed in system has generated more solar electric than the previous inverter used to do in 3/4 months. If only he'd been around when our system was originally installed in 2013 !!! We used Medoria Solar to replace our old Solar power inverter which had developed a fault. Philip arrived within 24hrs... of first contact (exactly at the mutually agreed time) and 4hrs later our new Solar power inverter was installed, tested and fully operational. In these COVID-19 dominated times Philip arrived wearing appropriate PPE and made great efforts to adhere to the Govt. social distancing guidelines. When the work was completed he tidied up the area he's been working in to ensure our house was left in good order. They weren't the cheapest quote but we were making... a long-term investment so wanted good quality.Medoria seemed the most professional and gave us the confidence they would do a good job - we were not disappointed. First class service from beginning to end. Medoria Solar installed a 4kW system on my parent's home in July last year.... The system has already produced 10% more than predicted. With no sales pressure, the advice given at the preliminary survey was excellent (impartial and honest). The quotes for the different installation options were very clear and the pro's and con's of each system were well explained. The installation only took a couple of days and the property was left spotless. We are very grateful for all of Philip's help. I cannot recommend Medoria Solar highly enough.read more
